Non veg being served to Vegetarians.

We went to Pyramid on occasion of Karwachaut. Restaurant served Chilly Chicken in the name of Paneer Chilly. While the waiter was serving, we checked from him that it is veg right? He said it is pure veg and it is Chilly Paneer please have it and you will like it.

I am a pure vegetarian person and have never eaten non veg in my life. Anyone cannot judge just by seeing it whether it is chilly paneer or chilly chicken. For the very first time someone has audacity to willingly and knowingly serving us Non veg in the name of veg to me and my pure vegetarian family members. We ate the food believing it to be veg and later discovered being chicken and not paneer as the taste was totally different. I was about puke and had to ask lord to forgive me for this. They broke my principle of never ever having non veg in my life. I am never going to any restaurant from now onwards where non veg is also in the menu.

Completely broke of the fact that when we complained the same to the manager he said there are humongous chances we being serving non veg in the name of veg. Such a shameful incidence and we...

Despite the good taste of their overpriced coffee, the service gets a ZERO star. So, I and my buddy went there for a couple of coffees and they brought white sugar alongside. I asked for a sachet of BROWN SUGAR and Mr. Sandeep (perhaps the manager, not sure) said he'll be right back with it. But guess what, he disappeared and the brown sugar never came nor him.

I called another guy and complained to him about Sandeep. I told him I want to complain officially but he asked me not to coz they would be in trouble for that, but still, they didn't bother to even compensate me anything for it.

This is very disappointing. I've decided I may go there but I'd never bring a date or a friend along coz they didnt even bother to tell me that they did not have brown sugar. God knows what would happen on any other special occasion next time.

As silly as it sounds, the experience is not worth it to buy such an expensive coffee but not get just a sugar sachet or at least a response about...

This is a nice place to be out with friends, family or kids. It promotes and opts dining culture we see in metro cities, with good ambience, live performances, fine music etc. on different nights.

I personally love the food quality, options offered and prefer to even order from Zomato. It also offers competitive pricing which is slightly pn higher side, but all worth it!

Just a note that since it's a brewery as well and offers drinks in the same sitting area so some of you MAY NOT feel comfortable, but I guess you should be open to visit such places and cannot expect any nuisance from others and I believe they do not allow stag entries either.
