Hotel J.K. Residency — Hotel in Haryana

I had visited Yamunannagar on business trip and booked the hotel based on the reviews. It did live up to its rating and can be considered as one of the best hotels in the city.|| The rooms seem to be recently refurbished with good taste and offer a good value for money. The location is also central and in a non crowded part of the city.|| Although expensive fitting have bceen used in the bathroom, the shower did not seem to work and I had to use the bucket. The bathroom also did not have a dustbin and a place to hang the clothes. The cupboard had strong odour of new paint and was unfit for hanging clothes as they would start smelling.|| The food was nice and the service was prompt both at check-in and in the restaurant and room service.|| As a suggestion it would be good if the staff at the reception at checkout is courteous and smiling as part of better customer...

If I could rate zero I would. We booked 3 high end room or we were told “the last 3 left” we paid their rate as requested $15,000 + $8,500 + $8,500 plus taxes and whatever their costs are.... (advances deposit ) we told them we needed these rooms for December 12 due to my wedding and hotels all around are booked. One week we get a call back saying they “made a mistake” And they no longer have rooms. And I no longer have room’speriods They accidentally had an error in their system. Turns out I know the party who is also looking for three rooms and instead of us getting the rooms they gave them out to somebody else and claimed it was an online error. They have made no accommodations either nor have they tried Not professional by any means and like I’ve mentioned before there are no rooms available.... horrible customer service and customer can’t. Think twice before...

Worst experience, I recently went there to attend a engagement and rooms were booked for the guests attending. The room was not cleaned properly. The bedding had dust and smelled very dirty. The bathroom had so many stains. It smelled worst that a public washroom. Called the housekeeping staff so many times but no response. The nightmare was when we were alweping after the function, one of the hotel staff using the master key entered the room without we ringing the bell or anything. The room had no extra lock system other than the card key. It was terrifying since we were with outr kid. Couldn’t sleep one minute and left the hotwl in the middle’ of the night.
