NOT RECOMMENDED. Food is good, but staff is not. Yesterday I placed my order at 7 p.m. for 5 items to serve there and the billing person told me to wait for 10 minutes. After 20 minutes of wait, I visited the billing counter to ask the status of my food and they again said to wait for 5 minutes more. Till 7.30 I, my husband and my 2 kids waited for the foods, but again food was not ready. At 7.35 they give me bags and told that your food is packed and I said that I told you to pack only 1 item whereas other 4 items were for dine in the restaurant. Again they told me to wait for 5 more minutes and at 7.40 they served me the packed food in plates but only 2 items and the food was not hot and not even warm. I again visited the billing counter for the remaining items. It was the worst dine in experience in the HANGRIES Model Town.
If the owner is reading my review, it is better to see the camera footage of your restaurant from 7.00 p.m. to 7.40 p.m. to see how many times I had to visit the billing counter for the updates. I asked them to give me the contact number of the owners to complaint but they ignored me and were busy in taking order of other customers. Hangries food quality is good but after increasing the numbers via Zomato and Swiggy, they have forgotten their prime motive of 'Customer Satisfaction'.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to several issues:
Air Conditioning – None of the air conditioners were functioning, which made the environment very uncomfortable. When I raised this concern, I was simply told that the ACs were not working, without any apology or solution offered.
Card Payment Issues – After placing our order and attempting to pay, we were informed that the card swipe machine was not working. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, especially since we were not informed earlier.

I had placed an order for four items, but upon reaching home—after traveling 15 km from the restaurant—I discovered that one dish was missing. I had to travel another 15 km back to the restaurant to report the issue. Shockingly, no resolution was provided, and I had to return home again, covering a total of 45 km just because of their mistake.
This was truly the worst experience I've had. Hangries used to offer good service, but it seems they no longer value their customers' time or trust. If they can’t take responsibility for their errors or treat customers with basic respect, they seriously need to reconsider whether they should even continue running this restaurant.
