Food quality is like ok. Its an average and economical restraurant. Rooms are average , not renovated since long. There are halls for mini functions, ac equiped but flooring of halls is almost weared off. Restroom are average, not properly clean. You can find cockroaches wondering over utensels. We arranged a party in shubh ratan. Food quality was good but serving was too bad. They are not offering the food properly and frequently and even they don't have proper utensils to serve the food. Worst service. If there are a group having dinner there then all the staff and manager ignore the small groups(3-4 persons) sitting there. It seems that small group is not their customer. I asked for only 02 items but they did not served even aftr 50 minutes and finally came out without taking food. But managers did not show excuse. Shame to sagar ratna....
