Absolutely Horrifying Experience – A Serious Health Hazard!
I am beyond shocked and furious at the sheer negligence of Raunak Sweets (Sector 20, Panchkula). What we experienced wasn’t just bad service — it was a life-threatening incident that could have ended in tragedy.
We were having a snack party with five friends , one of them was a kid. when I purchased pao (bread) from the shop. About 30 minutes after our friends had left, my mother sat down for dinner and was shocked to find a large piece of GLASS embedded inside the pao she was eating.
Now here’s the horrifying part — that same batch of pao was served to everyone at the party earlier. What guarantee is there that small, undetected shards of glass weren’t consumed by them as well? Just because no one noticed or reacted immediately does NOT mean they were safe. We also packed some for our friends .The consequences of this kind of criminal carelessness can be delayed, internal, and potentially fatal.
Who is responsible for this? Who will take accountability if someone ends up injured or hospitalized because of your dangerous product?
I have filed a formal complaint with the FSSAI and will not stop until action is taken. This is not just unhygienic — this is reckless endangerment.
We bought kulcha and pao from Saanwara (dhakoli) and Ram Dairy (their quality is top notch) and we did not face any issues, and we usually buy it from there only. However, since they were out of stock , we had to go to Raunak instead to purchase the products we needed.
Raunak Sweets, your carelessness could have destroyed lives. You have lost all trust, and I strongly warn others to stay away from this place before it's too late.

Read moreI had bought rasmalai from the store at 5 in the evening. At dinner when it was served to guests it tasted sour. Since it was late next day I went to the shop to complain and return the remaining sweet. The guy at the counter asked when I bought it.I showed the bill of previous day evening and to my surprise he said " fir to kharab honi hi thi ek din hi chalti hai". It wasnt even 24 hours. I asked him to taste it and check what they are selling to customers. Only after arguing he replaced the sweet. It is a very wrong attitude selling food gone bad and then not accepting the mistake and arguing . When we are spending money atleast we expect fresh sweets.
