Kali Coffee, Panchkula – The Reality Check 🤣
Went here with friends thinking I’ll sip good coffee & enjoy some food… but the food journey turned into a comedy show.
☕ Coffee Tales: • Cinnamon Vanilla Coffee – more like Cinnamon Attack. Syrup overload, I legit felt like chewing cinnamon. Only survived after extra milk 🥴 • Classic Cold Coffee – thik thak, bas time pass. • Oreo Shake – Oreo bhi sharma gaya. Full disappointment.
🍽 Food Drama: • Sizzler – Bro, in my life I’ve seen sizzlers with rice, veggies, paneer steak, mashed potato, gravy… but here? Just fried rice + fried paneer. That’s it. No taste, no seasoning, no effort. Bas hot plate pe dhuaan nikaal ke bole “Lo ji sizzler”. Are you seriously serious? 😂🫣 • Mushroom Garlic Pizza – mushrooms were visible, but garlic went missing like my patience 🕵️♀️. Taste? Meh.
And the best part? Staff said “these are our bestsellers”. Matlab kaun hai ye log jo aisi cheezon pe paisa uda rahe hain? 🤔
⚡ Verdict: If you want comedy with food, go for it. If you want good food, better options are waiting outside. —————————————————————————————
Dear Team Kali Coffee,
Thank you for your response. However, I need to clarify a few things: Reviews = Personal Experience Every review is based on taste and experience. That’s exactly what feedback means. If a customer didn’t enjoy a dish, it doesn’t become “irresponsible,” it simply reflects their visit. Hospitality Degree ≠ Taste Buds One doesn’t need a professional degree to know whether food is bland or enjoyable. If your bestsellers fail to impress, maybe the recipe — not the reviewer — needs rethinking. Misquoted Statement I never said “if I don’t like the food, I won’t pay.” What I actually said was: “Agar pasand na aaya drink toh change kar dena.” That’s a very normal request at any café, not a threat. Kindly avoid twisting my words. Professionalism My review was honest, with a bit of humor. Your defensive reply, however, came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Attacking a customer for their opinion will only harm your reputation further.
✨ Final Note Good food and service don’t need defending — they speak for themselves. Instead of trying to silence feedback, a better approach would be to improve from...
Read moreI have recently visited Kali Coffee for a birthday cake. I have placed an order for a fountain cake for my little girl who is Turning 6. Well, initially I was advise that they make beautiful fountain cake and it won’t be an issue with the design or taste or quality and it will cost around 1800-2200 hundred for 1kg or 1.5kg. However, it was totally the opposite of everything. The quality of the cake was that by the time I reached home it started melting and the colour started fading. Number 6 went inside the cake and it’s so funny that it didn’t looked like a good fountain cake. Also, they didn’t bothered to give any candle or knife. The cake cost me Rs-3500 and they didn’t even bothered to make it write. Well, first experience was the last and worst experience.
It’s so funny that I couldn’t write another post after 4 months of the birthday. So had to edit and write a new one.
I visited today to have a coffee with my colleagues. Saw the owner and greeted hello but in a few minutes she went inside the kitchen may be to hide. lol…Since, my last review was not so great for them so she said a treat will be due from us whenever you visit as we will look forward to meet you. However, it looked so funny seeing her hiding. She might have thought that I have come to take free bees…By the way I took my coffee and ordered some food…paid my bill of 1400 somthg and took my takeaway and left…I think you need to be honest with...
