Subway Sector 20 Panchkula — Restaurant in Haryana

I recently visited the Subway outlet in Sector 19, Panchkula, and my overall experience was, unfortunately, only average. While the food quality and menu options were consistent with the Subway brand, I was a bit let down by the customer service, specifically the staff's lack of warmth and welcoming attitude.

The menu offered the familiar range of fresh and customizable sandwich options that Subway is known for. The ingredients were fresh, and the food was prepared efficiently. The cleanliness of the establishment was also up to the expected standards, contributing positively to the overall dining environment.

However, the aspect that stood out as a drawback was the staff's demeanor. The team at Subway Sector 20 did not exude the friendliness and warmth that I've come to associate with Subway outlets. The lack of a welcoming attitude impacted the overall dining experience, making it less enjoyable than expected.

Despite this, it's worth noting that the efficiency in service was maintained, and the food was delivered promptly. If the staff could enhance their customer service by being more welcoming and engaging, it would undoubtedly elevate the overall experience for customers.

In conclusion, my visit to Subway Sector 20, Panchkula, was marked by an average experience. While the food quality and service efficiency were in line with Subway standards, the subdued hospitality from the staff left room for improvement. I hope that the management takes note of this aspect and works towards creating a more welcoming atmosphere for customers...

I ordered Paneer Tikka Sandwich from Subway ! I want to tell you that it was the worst sandwich I ever had coming from Subway !

I selected oregano bread in my order and my sandwich came in multigrain bread which was not even fresh

I chose paneer tikka as my filling and there was no paneer tikka instead some watery paneer paste was added to the sandwich.

I strictly gave instructions to put all the sauces except mustard and more of sweet onion in my sandwich which was not followed.

The quantity and number of veggies were not full in the sandwich! No olives no jalepenos and other veggies were so less in the quantity as if just touched ! It was a complete disaster and I really wish to inform that this outlet of Subway should be closed if they are providing such quality.. very bad and I really regret ordering my late...

This i the 3rd time I have experienced such rude and unprofessional behaviour by the staff in this particular outlet. The quality of subways and wraps provided in this particular outlet is very bad, they do not add adequate sauces to it and on asked upon they decline. In my opinion and experience this particular outlet is not following any policies of subway brand in whole chandigarh tricity. All the other franchises are acting differnet in the policies of subway brand where else this particular franchise is making their own set of rules. For eg. this particular outlet is making their own rules regarding sauces and its quantity to be used in the sub or wrap.

So i request to the subway brand itself to check the franchise policies being followed by franchise itself in chandigarh tricity as this outlet is not acting like others in...
