Cafe Cloud Door — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

Have been going to this restaurant for the past 3 months. Was really disappointed by the service and experience which made me took that decision of never going back to that place. I ordered a plate of mutton biryani (as i cherish it a lot) i placed an order around 2:05pm as it always take time which is understandable so we waited their for 5 minutes and moved out for a ride we came back around 2:40 when asked The guy mentioned its done. So we sat there and still waited till 3:20pm (1 hour and 15 minutes in total) so when i tasted it , it wasn’t the same biryani i come for everytime.Moreover it was Mutton biryani with tiny 3 mutton pieces. I went to that guy and told him politely that this time there are just 3 pieces to which he mentioned (its always like that) . I came back and started having it and then i realised there was a dead fly in my biryani plate mixed with rice. At first I thought must be some biryani masala and when i lookec carefully that was a fly so i went to the guy once again and told him the same and showed that to him. To which he replied( ye ptaa nai khaan se aa gai) Instead of apoligising and saying that he would change the food.

I left everything there And told him how much to pay He asked me to pay 350 (for fly/mutton biryaani)

I recently visited this pizza place, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. First off, the seating area was cramped and uncomfortable, with tables too close to each other, making it feel chaotic. The overall cleanliness was questionable; I noticed sticky floors and dirty tables that hadn’t been wiped down properly.

The restrooms were another disaster—unclean and clearly not well-maintained, which made the whole experience feel unsanitary. It was obvious that management doesn't prioritize keeping the place in good condition.

As for the food, it was far from memorable. The pizza tasted bland, with barely any toppings and a crust that was soggy in the center but burnt on the edges. To make matters worse, the service was incredibly slow. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold.

All in all, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. There are plenty of other places with better food, cleaner facilities, and...
