Beyond the art and food, Dohra Cafe is a place where I feel a sense of community and belonging. Lhakpa Lamphuk & Tenzin Pema's genuine care for their guests makes me feel like part of the family. This cafe is a hidden gem found in a corner in Gamru village. As I entered the cafe, the sitting space, decor, ambience gave me feels of a Tibetan space. The outside space is beautifully covered with Tibetan prayer flags. There's a beautiful space where different kinds of guitars are kept with a performance space as well. I had a delicious cafe latte with freshly baked orange cake. Met their lovely dog as well. I spent a lot of time reading and writing. This Place is Great! First of all the design inside and outside was fantasticly MADE! It had the vibes of Tibet!! There was A little stage where small singers sing to entertain the consumers! Now for the real part:- FOOD I was on a hurry so I only ordered french fries and milkshake! I thought they would give some regular and basic meal but I was wrong... THE MILKSHAKE WAS A HUGE WIN! i never had drank THIS GOOD CHOCLATE MILKSHAKE IN MY LIFE!! And For The fries! IT WAS TOO GOOD!! AND WITH THE SAUCE...
