They have a really good menu, this isn't an authentic Tibetan cuisine, it's more of a fusion, but they know what they're trying to do. (Incidentally one of my friends absolutely hates momos but fell in love with them after trying them here) I particularly enjoyed the thukpa soup, the momos and also the pastas. I really like the concept that they're going for in all their dishes and it feels like a conscious effort was made to make things taste the way they do. The ambience is really nice and cozy and it goes well with the view of the mountains in the distance. The owner is really sweet and helpful and knows a lot about food (and also about places to visit nearby). It was a really refreshing and comforting experience for us and I absolutely would recommend this to almost anyone coming to Dharamshala.
PS: After a series of mishaps the next day, we ended up coming here again simply because that's how comforting an experience it was. If that doesn't convince you,...
