Domino's Pizza | Millennium Square, Dharamshala — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

On 28th June 2025, around 3 PM, we visited a Domino's outlet expecting a pleasant experience. However, we were quite disappointed by the way we were received. As soon as we entered, a staff member told us — rather abruptly — that they were not taking any orders. This was surprising, especially since the outlet doors were open and there was no signage indicating that services were unavailable.

What made the experience more unpleasant was the tone and manner in which the message was delivered. There was no polite request, no explanation, and no customer-friendly approach — even after we mentioned that we had already placed an order via the Domino’s app.

Unfortunately, the lack of clear communication and courteous behavior completely took away from the Domino's experience we were expecting. I sincerely hope the management looks into staff training, especially in basic customer service and communication, as this makes a huge difference to how a brand...

I had a fantastic experience with Domino’s! From start to finish, the service was absolutely top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. My order was prepared quickly, and everything arrived hot, fresh, and exactly as requested.

The delivery was on time, and the driver was polite and professional. It's clear that the team really cares about customer satisfaction. I’ve ordered from Domino’s before, but this time the service truly stood out — it made the whole experience even better.

Staff is not co-operative. We bought pizza from their and we were not aware about buy 1 get one pizza offer. Immediately after payment even the pizzas were not prepared we acknowledged that buy 1 get one offer is their so we request that staff and senior member that please avail the offer as our order are not placed, he denied and did not avail that order we again requested multiple time but not got support. So very poor service from senior delivery man and not a professional behaviour as expected in Dominos. We choose such a brand for the service and transparency. But not...
