Grill on the Hill - Kasauli — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

We went to Kasauli recently. Happy to share that finally we found a great cafe to eat with amazing ambience, good food and hospitality. Their momos (both veg and non veg) and Chinese platter are a must have.. We also had fresh lime soda and ice cream which was an added bonus. The owners are very warm and friendly and the rest of the staff is also very good. So beautiful experience we had that's beyond explanation. Owners are so lovely and so caring, they treated us as their own child and delivered us their beautiful services also we got complimentary stuff as well. We are so moved by their behaviour that we specially again went to their restaurant to meet them and to have experience of such lovely moments. Literally I recommend that it's the best ever restaurant in Kasauli where you would get a pinch of homely...

Went to Grills on the hills- kasauli to have a decent meal. We ordered vegetarian noodles and while eating we found chicken in that. When we complained about it, the Sardarji(supposedly the owner) got so rude and offensive and didn’t agree! The way he reacted, spoilt our mood as rather than apologising, he was blaming us for wrong accusations! Never ever experienced such a poor customer service! Would not recomment anyone to try this...
