My recent stay at this hotel was a complete disaster, and I'm still in shock over how terrible the experience was. The room itself was a mess—the bedsheets had stains, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the air conditioning unit rattled so loudly I could barely sleep.
The worst part of the experience, however, was the hotel management. When I went to the front desk to complain about the state of my room, I was met with shocking hostility. The manager, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, started raising his voice and told me that if I didn't like it, I should just leave. He then called over the owner, who was just as bad, dismissing all my concerns and saying this is how things are done here in India. Their behavior was not just unprofessional but outright abusive, and I felt completely disrespected.
This level of service is simply unacceptable. It's one thing to have a less-than-perfect room, but it's another entirely to be treated so poorly by the people in charge. I've stayed in many hotels, from small local guesthouses to major chains, and have never encountered such rude and abusive management. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel...
