Food Poisoning alert

A group of 16 of us, 8 adults, 8 kids stopped at KFC, Solan, Himachal Pradesh enroute Kasauli on 24-03-2022. This outlet is a part of a food court which has other options such as Vaango, Pizza Hut, Amritsar Express etc. Some of us, 2-3 adults and 6 children ate from KFC and all of them came down with food Poisoning 6 hours later. The rest of us who didn't eat from KFC are fine. This is a matter of serious concern and must be looked into. The vomitings and diarrhea was so bad in the affected individuals that it could have been potentially life threatening especially for young kids. While I don't have patment receipts of the meal to prove my claim, you may please look into the CCTV footage 1pm onwards on 24-03-2022. Today i went the kfc solan. Kfc staff is really treat us with the bad attitude they dnt know how to talk with the customer I asked twice about the meal and the food i was ordered but the girl who is 4ft or 4.5ft height wearing nose ring. She really dnt have manners how to talk with human being but she is really interested to share her number with the customer who is wearing the gold chain i observe her for half n hour. Her tone they way she is taking with some another customer really bad I dnt know what kind problem she has but. I hope this review will helpful for others because such human personality are really bad for the society. The lady at the counter wasnt really attentive and more of distracted. I have placed order for one zinger meal , 2 popcorn bucket meals and one single wrap with other take out as well. yet she gave me a single biryani bucket and my wrapper was missing . I told her I have order wrap she is ARGUING with me that I didn't order. I told her I will bring the bill and show it to you. Then only she checked again and it was there. Another thing , I ordered biryani meals but she gave me a single popcorn meal. When I confronted her with what I ordered she then told me that I didn't ordered meal . My family know what we want to have how can she say I didn't order it. The burger were served cold .
