Ocho Kitchen — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

We went to this place after checking reviews, and was expecting good service and obviously good food, unfortunately we were disappointed to next level. We ordered white sauce spaghetti pasta and soup, soup was good but they served us red white penne sauce pasta and after serving waiter mentioned that they don't have spaghetti, we were like it's ok Pasta was literally bland and i kinda add bit of black pepper and salt so that i can have it I lost my appetite by that time

And while paying bill when I told about all this to the other staff member I don't know wdr he was owner or waiter he was like "paise kam de dena" that was so so rude. Horrible service, weird attitude, food is tasteless Location is definitely best but what to do with Location if everything else is zero

I don't give 1 star just because veg momos and mango shake were good, but chicken burger very bad. The chicken inside, not really a nice piece of chicken meat but more of a kind of croquette, smelled and tasted very bad, like rancid meat. I also pointed out to the waiter that I didn't eat it because of that, but they didn't think about taking it off the bill or giving me a discount. I can tolerate everything but serving meat that is not fresh is intolerable. It could cause intoxication and ruin entire days. They will probably answer that I am wrong but I don't think it takes a professional to understand when something stinks.
