Hotel Manali Continental — Hotel in Great Himalayan Range

This Hotel I feel gives the beat views in Manali. It is about 2 kms from main Manali Mall road ( market area) towards Vashist.

The hotel is neat and clean and have a beautiful wood work both inside and outside the room.

The toilet is very spacious and very neat.

The Hotel is owned by a Retd Police officer and he is very nice and guides well.

The wife of the owner was a very kind and caring lady and we liked her hospitality very much. She bought with her fresh cherries from her tree and gave us.

The hotel staff was very good and prompt in service.

Improvement points- The hotel till now takes in cash. A POS machine installed will be helpful which I am sure they will do.

When we were there, not many TV Channels were coming due to some issue with the cable operator. I am sure the thing will be get resolved the next...

The bed is great and bathroom is neat and clean. Blankets are also neat and clean. Also, they provide additional blankets without any charge. Towels are also clean. Room service is very good and their behaviour is also polite.

Location was good, right in the prime area close to all major attraction points. Rooms were spacious enough and also comfortable.

It's not a hotel. It's more of a bed and breakfast type, ok-for-one-night type accommodation. We booked the family suite just for one night on our way to Leh. Family suite is good and big and secluded-it looks good in pictures, because things are still new. And yes, it's on the third floor!||The rooms are average. All the linen was dirty. The staff is either overworked or underpaid because they give you a lousy service. And yes the guy who was assigned to us kept complaining about his back ache...
