We visited this place with our family. It's an amazing place, beautiful decor and such humble staff. One could simply enjoy the delicious food alongwith the cold breezes by having a seat in their outside sitting area. We loved their idea of coal fire pizza, the set up is pretty cool and the hygiene is properly taken care of. The dishes we had were freshly cooked and served. We recommend the following dishes Non veg farmhouse pizza This pizza is one of the best pizza made in coal fire I had. The base was crispy and was loaded with chicken, mushroom, mozzarella cheese and more fresh veggies. Non veg platter Being a non vegetarian, this platter had variety of chicken items in it which satisfied our tastebuds. The chicken pieces were soft, tender and delicious. Butter chicken and chilly chicken These delicacies were perfect in taste. The consistency of gravy were perfect. We enjoyed these chicken with laccha prantha which was soft and perfectly cooked. We had a great time...
Read moreWe stopped at Taste of India in Manali last month for lunch, mainly because their signboard mentioned a bakery—and that instantly caught our attention. For the main course, we ordered Chicken Biryani. While it was flavorful and enjoyable for me, it was on the spicier side, so my wife and son didn’t enjoy it as much.
We also wanted a pastry from their menu, but unfortunately, they didn’t have any ready at the moment. What really stood out, though, was the staff’s helpfulness—they managed to get us a fresh pastry delivered just before we finished our meal. That meant a lot to us, especially because it was our anniversary, and we were hoping for at least a small slice to cut.
The pastry turned out to be delicious, and that gesture truly made our day. A big thumbs up for the service—warm, thoughtful, and timely. Definitely a 5-star experience for the effort and...
Read moreThis restaurant was our worst experience in Manali. Over-rated hotel, with arrogant staff . You name a dish and they can screw it for you. We ordered chicken tandoori - 0 star. Apparently all their chickens have 1 leg for a full tandoori chicken. It was so roasted that you can taste the coal. It's really smoky in whisky parlance. Butter chicken: 2.5 rating Lemon coriander soup: 3 star- good taste but chicken is as old as independent India. You can't chew Biryani: 0 star - All previous day left over rice mixed with chicken and added biryani flavor
Amritsari- Kulcha stands out in taste.
As we couldn't eat most of the above dish, we ordered curd and rice and the curs was watery and stinking
We raised a complaint to the staff and he said that's how the chicken is served here.
I would call it waste of India. Visit at your own risk and incase you want to...
