Chai Break - Rangoli Mall — Restaurant in Howrah

My recent encounter with the white sauce pasta and baby corn dish was nothing short of disappointing. The overall experience left much to be desired, and I found myself regretting my choice from the moment the dish arrived. Pasta was tasteless and baby corn was so so so sweet like I'm only having tomato sauce resulted in an unsatisfying and forgettable meal. I hope that the establishment takes steps to improve the quality of this dish to avoid disappointing...

Worst place with worst customer service ever. As per the staff they have restrictions on cutlery they can give.. When questioned they went all out rude that if you six people come will i give 6 (we were three ppl) forks.. And aaplog dish kitna order kiye hai jo extra fork...

The guy at the counter is really pathetic and rude , i ordered for a pizza and a cooler , cooler took more than half an hour , after the pizza i had to wait another 20minute for a cooler took half, and coming to pizza it was not baked properly!! Really pathetic by chai...
