KFC — Restaurant in Howrah

I recently dined at the KFC located at Devyani International Ltd, Forum Mall Rango, and I must say, it was a satisfying experience. My order, placed on April 26, 2025, included the American Classic Zinger and Cheese, paired with medium fries and Pepsi, along with two dips, totaling ₹716.80. The Zinger was a standout—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, while the cheese added a delightful creaminess. The fries were perfectly golden and seasoned, complementing the meal, and the Pepsi was refreshing, though I wished for a larger portion given the price.

The service at this KFC outlet was efficient, with my order (Token No. 069) ready quickly despite the busy hour. The staff was courteous, and the dine-in setup was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant spot for a quick meal. The pricing felt a bit steep after the 5% GST and CGST were added, but the quality justified it to an extent. The QR code on the receipt for bill info was a nice touch for transparency. Don’t know how to prepare zinger burger, I ask for a combo meal and the staff charged me a extra money saying it’s for dips..... but don’t know what dips when there was nothing in our service tray except burger, fries n sprite. Fries was totally white in colour n when ask for an mayonnaise sauce packet, they answer me it’s chargeable. I have been eating in kfc from long Tym not only in India but also around the world, just forget the world you can see the difference between rangoli mall kfc and howrah station kfc. Staff's are not well trained or they are trained in a particular way to save additional expenses. They were offering unlimited pepsi with any zinger burger but when I received the burger it was without any pepsi, forget unlimited. On enquiring the staff mentioned that I need to order the complimentary pepsi at the time of placing the order. Didn't get the logic of ordering something if it's complimentary (Unlimited) with the Zinger burger. Had come for a lunch before enjoying a movie, but this irrational logic dampened the mood. And if someone is not aware about the offer the staff's wouldn't inform them for sure... These cheap cost cutting methods are not...
