I first went to order the Veg Manchow Soup physically from the Wow China outlet in the food court, as I was sitting right there and thought it would be quicker and easier; however, they told me that they were closed and not taking any more direct orders, which I accepted without any issue at the time. But a few minutes later, to my surprise, I noticed that a Zomato delivery person was picking up food from the same outlet, and realizing that online orders were still being accepted, I placed the order through the Zomato app thinking that this would be the only way to get what I wanted.

The delivery took around 20 minutes, which was fine for me as I was still seated nearby; however, the real problem began when I received the package — the packaging was so flimsy and badly done that I knew just by holding it that it was almost certain to spill if I tried opening it myself; to avoid a mess, I actually walked over to the outlet and requested them to serve it in a bowl, which they thankfully agreed to do. But sadly, the soup was extremely disappointing in taste; it was pitch black in color and tasted as if someone had poured an entire bottle of soy sauce into just 100 ml of water — it was way too salty, had no balance in flavor, and felt like I was drinking seasoned soy sauce rather than a proper Manchow soup.

To add to the overall poor experience, my husband’s brother and his wife had also ordered some chicken items from KFC (unfortunately, I don’t recall the exact name of the dish), it had a smell coming from the chicken, which made us seriously doubt its freshness.

Overall, the entire experience, both with Wow China and KFC, was honestly quite disappointing — especially considering that these are well-known brands operating out of a major food court, where one would normally expect basic quality, proper packaging, and at the very least, fresh food. I truly hope both outlets take this kind of feedback seriously because what could have been a simple, comforting meal turned into an unnecessarily stressful and unsatisfying one. Really a great place to spend your whole day with your friends or with your family. This food court is really large and almost all kind of foods are available over there. You can comfortably seat there as it is really large. Inox is also there inside this food court. So you can enjoy any beautiful movie aslo. All kinds of foods are available over there like momo, pizza, Chinese, fried rice, crispy chicken, ice creams and many more. This place has a beautiful background to take pictures as well. So you can capture yourself along with your friends in some beautiful pictures. All kinds of stores are also there so definitely you can do your shopping. A beautiful place to do some gossip with your friend. It is really a great place for family too. We had ordered fried rice , chili chicken, noodles, one large size pizza and crispy chicken. Crispy chicken was just amazing. If you go there you can taste it. Taste is really great. The pizza was also really good. I feel better than any branded one. The taste of the pizza was also really good. Price was also reasonable. But fried rice was not that good and price was also high.
