We tried Chicken Biriyani from there. The food was awesome. đđđ Quantity is huge, quality is superb. âī¸ The food contained all the essential features of an excellent biriyani, i.e.- no unwanted strong aroma of Kewra water, nice moist rice, big sized chicken and mutton, a big aromatic potato, perfect blend of masala & saffron in rice, a satisfying aroma, plenty in quantity and many more.. đ Biriyani pricing: Chicken Biriyani costs âš110, Special chicken biriyani costs âš160 (2 pcs of chicken), mutton biriyani costs âš260 (200 gm's huge mutton piece), special mutton biriyani âš480 (2 huge pcs of mutton). I have tried almost all the famous biriyani brands here, i.e.- Arsalan, Aminia, Royal Indian Hotel, Indian (Khiddirpore), Haji Saheb (Park Circus), Paradise (Hyderabad), Karim's (Jama masjid Delhi), Mughal Empire (Carry Rd), Dada Boudi (Barrackpore), D.Bapi (Barrackpore), Bombay Biriyani (Naihati), Lukhnow biriyani (Madhyamgram) and many more. And I'll surely keep this one in the list of my favourite biriyanis that I've tried. đđ **N.C.: The quantity of rice on the plates (as shown in the pictures) is half of the actual quantity, the rest halves are in...
Read moreMy overall experience at Tajmahal restaurant tends to be quite satisfying, especially if the food lives up to its rich and flavorful reputation. The dishes like Reshmi Kebabs, biryani, and Chicken Chap are the highlights, offering a perfect blend of spices and textures. When the food is freshly prepared, with the right balance of spice and creaminess, it truly stands out. When it comes to pricing, I expect it to reflect the portion size and quality. As a user, I want to feel like Iâm getting value for my money, whether Iâm indulging in a special dish like tandoori chicken or sharing a large biryani with friends. Ultimately, I look for a combination of great food, efficient service, and a pleasant environment that leaves me satisfied and...
Read moreThe place is small, but there is good AC sitting arrangement for 16 people. I ordered only special mutton biriyani. The quantity of rice was less than other places but quality was mind-blowing. The rice was so tasty that I could eat an entire plate of rice just like that, not even potato is required! Salad is not complementary here, so I got a plate heaped with biriyani that had two big perfect reyaji pieces of mutton and one medium size potato. Both the rice and the mutton was top notch, the potato being just ok-ish. This is great biriyani, may be better...
