T A Disappointing Visit to 1989 Pizza & Thick Shake

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to visit this place, and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had in a long time.

First and foremost, the service was atrocious. The staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated, paying little attention to the customers. I had to wait an unacceptable amount of time just to be acknowledged, and even then, it was with a lackluster attitude. The server's lack of enthusiasm made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by being there.

When the food finally arrived, it was a far cry from what I had expected. The pizza, which is supposedly their specialty, was dry and flavorless. The crust lacked any semblance of crispiness and tasted more like cardboard than freshly baked dough. The toppings were sparse and poorly distributed, leaving huge gaps of blandness. I couldn't help but wonder if they had forgotten to put any effort into making the pizza.

In conclusion, my visit to this place was nothing short of a disaster. The uninterested staff, tasteless pizza, poor hygiene, and high prices left me with a strong aversion towards ever returning. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for a truly remarkable...

Presently they serve the best pizza in town they sure know how thick and soft the pizza bread should be and how much sauce should be added to the bread and what quality of cheese should be used and how perfectly it should be baked, though these are the basic steps to bake a pizza but not even pizza hut serves such perfect pizzas, kudos to the 1989 pizza team, apart from my own home baked pizza I can only rely on 1989 pizzas.. love every bit of your pizzas.. just perfect..! It’s my humble request please please don’t change the taste or the process of your pizza making, most people in our town doesn’t really know much about pizzas they need everything overloaded please don’t take stupid suggestions! you people are doing it great already. All the best for the future may you people rise more than pizza...

This is the best pizza I've had in the city. The base of the pizza was soft and tasted absolutely fresh, just the way it should be. Very low prices for the impeccable product delivered. Just felt that the cheese doesn't string along, which would make it even better. While it's understandable that you've got a customer base which prefers spicy food, pizza toppings aren't supposed to be spicy.

P.s. - Make sure the pizza box is flat when you hand it over to the delivery guy. Nobody likes a pizza tossed...
