AL FAIZAN ARABIAN MANDI — Restaurant in Hyderabad

This is hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...(they mentioned leave the slippers out side )and We did exactly what they say and our slippers got stolen at outside (worth 3500/-RS)..Staff is saying we are not responsible for your goods ..we waited almost 40 min for this and still no response from the owner and they are so rude with our family (especially I don't recommend nor consider this restaurant to anyone please if you care for your items never visit this place ) IF THE OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMERS...

Visited in the afternoon time for lunch and satisfied with the food & taste.we ordered BBQ Chiken mandi and chicken juicy mandi.Chicken was good as well as mayonnaise but they are providing tomato chutney which is better to avoid.Ambience was good but it's a non-ac restaurant there was no ac section so kinda feels hot in the restaurant...

Food is superb, atmosphere is too good but the way they receive customers is not upto the mark. My personal experience said to wait 20 min, we have been waiting for 40 mins. When u people rush to any work never go to this place. Because of their negligence we have to canceled our plans, finally the service very bad🤧 Sorry but honestly...
