Pathetic staff to have conversations specially the cashier qho does not know how to communicate its customer, besides the staff who serve idly always have issues with customer due to not having communication as what customers required.

The incident happened many time with me for declining the part of the items to provide specially when u take away/deliveries. Upon this when i approached the cashier, the one who does serve the idly he denied saying he was about to get the missing items of order food. Its seems he is also dumb who doesn't know how to explain the situation and get harsh on to its own customer. On the top of this cashier says up front do what you want to do go and file complaint anywhere. Besides the owner didnt have any health sanitary facilities for staff, no safety towards fire emergency specially hospital is not next to it and every corner of the restaurant cylinder is kept. I specifically asked for FSSAI license and he couldn't produce, neither other documents. Im surprised to know how come they runs the business when hospital is next to it without no safety measures are taken and on the top of it people smokes and have tea/coffee next to coffee corner plus no hygienic procedure are used by staff. A couple of time i saw a cockroaches bear idly serving desk and rats near the coffee corner, even for coffee decoction they used tap water which is not correct and i guess if from tank then it...

I have been to Suprabhat Tiffins several times, and I have always been impressed with the food and service. The idlis, dosas, and vadas are all fluffy and flavorful, and the chutneys and sambar are also very good. I especially like the rice combos, which come with a variety of rice dishes, curries, and vegetables.
