Hotel O Sri Residency Near Hyderabad Central — Hotel in Hyderabad

I booked this hotel and at that time the pics of room looked great and based on that I opted for it even though it charged over or about 1k a day. When I arrived at the location, to my surprise, it was actually located opposite side of the road than what the map showed in a very interior area. Even at 11 pm at night, I found receptionist lying on the floor and the surrounding was nothing like how they showed in the description photos. Cutting short: they have zero dining facility, god knows what quality of water they keep in the common area which has stuff floating in it. The bedsheet and blanket has stain marks of self explanatory colors and there are hair of both gender lying around, they don't even try to clean it and make it look a bit less nerve wrecking. The locality is not good and safe looking to bring your family as the area is filled with hostels for college guys, it just looks like a medium budget facility to bring your special friend for a short or night stay, What to say more, they automatically checked me out the next day even when I stayed with them for next two days . It is appalling that sites like Agoda and others can come up with cost of over 2.5k for such a disappointment of a room and...

Worst ever hotel stay experience. We booked for 4 nights. On the first evening where we booked "Sri residency" we faced several issues including dirty room, dirty and stinky washroom, awkward sounds in the washroom, very poor service from the receptionist, Non functioning TV and mainly BED BUGS. Due to these problems we requested for nearby hotel change. They assigned one more hotel "Alpine glow Zenith" which is 8 KM away and of the same dirty hygiene.

And the check in process was also not smooth either. We had to pay extra because at the earlier hotel we received Only half the amount refunded. I spent almost 3 hours on call speaking with several agents regarding these issues. When I spoke with the customer service agent he assured us we don't need to pay anything I reconfirmed the same things several times on call with the agent. And he assured me the same. But I had to pay extra. So I paid.

Now I vacated this hotel too with 2 days to spare because of the dirty room and washroom again. I just gave up on OYO. I learned my lesson that I should never choose OYO

One, Denial of checkin. Booked this hotel in MMT at reasonable price, but when I reach hotel they demanded double the amount what paid online which is non-refundable. I denied to pay and engaged MMT support to take care. Finally I got checkin after hour wait. This process appears cheating customer by showing the cheaper prices online, once booking confirms, they deny checkin forces customer either to pay more or cancel with refund. Absolute cheating, OYO should Blacklist hotels like this

Hotel hygiene: Disgusting cleanliness where you cigarette buds in bathrooms, stains everywhere, used towels given as fresh, not a clean bedsheets, overall very very Bad rooms under the name deluxe rooms. God knows why Oyo calls it as "Super Flagship OYO". Disgusting. Attached pics talks rest.

With this bad experience, we did checkout in few hours, and went to nearby clean hotel where no Huddleston.

Not professional in hospitality services, Not secure, no clean water, not hygiene, not trustworthy, highly not recommended for family and anyone wants stay for night. It is just a improper hostel with least...
