Hazelnut Bakery — Restaurant in Hyderabad

We went by the reviews and name and got utterly disappointed. It's a pretty average place but with good branding. They don't bake anything on their own, they just buy from some local distributors and sell at a premium. Death by chocolate was pathetic. If not for food, at least learn how to service customers and have a smile on your face when they come in and ensure they are happy, You can't just sit and keep doing your work and expect your boys...

It's a great place to spend quality time with friends where you can experience some good baking items like cakes, pastries, brownies, bread, etc.... Personally I loved the ambiance and the seating area was so comfortable.. They have great burgers and pizzas if you like burgers or pizzas you must give it a try. The place is very nice and photogenic, a good place to have some quick bites, definitely a go to place... Overall...

The reason we prefer Hazelnut kind of Bakeries is that they are served fresh. Today I bought 3 pastries and a donut and while buying i enquired if it is fresh. they said it is prepared in the evening. But when I tasted, none of them are fresh. You guys need to be transparent to the customer and we will be happy to take the right information. Hope this will not be repeated next...
