Brown Bear Bakers - Kukatpally — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Horrible experience with this brown bear bakery on ushamullapudi road, kukatpally (near to ushamullapudi kaman). I have ordered a cake for my son 's birthday. These guys made me wait for 1.30hrs while the guests were waiting at home. They delivered a different cake than the one I ordered , the owner of the shop told me that the person who took the order is not available to verify while I have clearly shown him the pictures of the cakes. Very rude owner, didn't want to take the responsibility and said he will NOT take responsibility and said it's the person who receives the order is responsible. The owner is very rude, irresponsible... overall horrible experience, I would give him NO STARS...

The quality of Brown Bear Bakery has declined significantly. During my previous visit, I had the pleasure of tasting their delicious puffs, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and they were incredibly satisfying.
