Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience at DSL Mall Burger King
Dear Burger King Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Burger King outlet in DSL Mall. As a regular customer of Burger King across India, I was surprised by the behavior of the staff member, Sai Nath.
During my visit, I was forced to consider purchasing coffee and shakes, which I did not want. When I asked about the promotional offer advertised on the banner in the mall (2 burgers for ₹99), Sai Nath informed me that I needed to download an app to avail the offer. This was frustrating, as I believed the offer should be readily available to all customers.
Unfortunately, this experience was the worst I have had at any Burger King outlet in India. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve the customer service at this location.

Read moreWorst experience ever with Burger King! I had ordered nuggets 2 days back and the delivery was delayed for 3 HOURS and yet order didn't arrive.When I tried calling them, the staff didn't co-operate and finally asked me to cancel the order as "no driver was available" and assured a refund.
Today I went to their DSL store after a movie to see about the refund, and they told me to wait 30 minutes again. Seriously?? Is this customer service? Extremely unprofessional, careless people, no responsibility, and lousy service.
