I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had at the Burger King Tolichowki branch on Dated 2 April 2025

I ordered a combo burger, and my total bill was ₹472. However, Mr. Siva, the head cashier, returned only ₹20 as change and was busy on his mobile phone. When I tried to address this issue, he ignored me and continued his phone conversation. Upon requesting my remaining balance, he rudely responded, stating that he did not have change.

One of his co-workers kindly intervened and assured me that they would provide my remaining balance, which I appreciate. However, I observed that Mr. Siva’s behavior was not only unprofessional towards customers but also disrespectful towards his colleagues.

I request you to take this matter seriously and issue a warning letter to Mr. Siva. It is essential to remind him of the importance of customer service and professional conduct. If there is a lack of change, a polite request to the customer would be a much better approach instead of being rude or ignoring concerns.

I visited Burger King a week ago and placed my order via the app, completing the payment. However, there seemed to be a system glitch as my order didn't reflect in their system immediately, a problem I later learned was not uncommon. Despite the hiccup, the receptionist proactively noted my order from my phone and started preparing the food. However, I was a bit disappointed by the service approach. Despite ordering multiple items, I was informed I had to pick up the order myself, even though I was seated with friends on the upper floor. In contrast, other establishments like McDonald's often serve food at your table once the order is placed.
