I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had at the Burger King Tolichowki branch on Dated 2 April 2025
I ordered a combo burger, and my total bill was ₹472. However, Mr. Siva, the head cashier, returned only ₹20 as change and was busy on his mobile phone. When I tried to address this issue, he ignored me and continued his phone conversation. Upon requesting my remaining balance, he rudely responded, stating that he did not have change.
One of his co-workers kindly intervened and assured me that they would provide my remaining balance, which I appreciate. However, I observed that Mr. Siva’s behavior was not only unprofessional towards customers but also disrespectful towards his colleagues.
I request you to take this matter seriously and issue a warning letter to Mr. Siva. It is essential to remind him of the importance of customer service and professional conduct. If there is a lack of change, a polite request to the customer would be a much better approach instead of being rude or ignoring concerns.
