Masqati Ice Cream Parlour — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of food and service at the Masqati Shaikpet Road outlet. It's high time the owner takes corrective action to rectify the consistent lack of quality and attention to detail in their dishes.

My recent visit was a letdown, with subpar food quality being the major issue. The Dahi Puri and Pani Puri were poorly made with minimal taste. The dahi puri lacked precision in ingredient measurements, while the pani puri's tasteless and bland "pani" resembled leftover masala water. The Ice Cream Hot Chocolate Fudge was prepared without attention to measurements, tasting like liquid Heinz syrup with vanilla and minimal fudge flavor. Even the Chola Bhatura was average and edible, but nothing impressive. The Pav Bhaji was a disaster, with untoasted pav (no butter used) and a watery bhaji overloaded with excess batter.

What's ironic is that other chat places in the area are using Masqati products like milk, curds, ghee, and butter to make delicious chat items. It's astonishing that Masqati itself is failing to make the best out of its own products. This inconsistency raises questions about the outlet's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

In conclusion, my experience at Masqati Shaikpet Road outlet was disappointing, to say the least. I hope the owner takes immediate action to address these issues and restore the brand's reputation. Until then, I'd think twice before visiting this outlet...

Masqati has evolved so much as a brand, from supplying just fresh whole milk to expanding over range of milk products. I found this parlour well designed, maintained and Hygienic. There is a family section in the first floor where you can have variety of chat dishes, sandwiches and pizza. They served 3 different flavours in ice-cream platter in which all tasted good. Kulfi is all time favorite and they didn't compromise with the quality and taste. Although my second favorite butterscotch cone was slightly tasted different but still I recommend Masqati brand. They Also have pure ghee and flavoured milk and they have recently started making biscuits. What can I say , after seeing all the positive reviews I was surprised and went there and it didn't turn out good , ordered Pani puri , Paneer cheese sandwich and everyones favourite Pav bhaji , Pani puri was one of the worst I ever had in my life seriously it was horrible , Paneer cheese sandwich was like a meal to eat when you have no choice left , Pav bhaji was superb it was good just because if pav bhaji im giving 3 stars , well cleanliness was maintained soo far , and staff was good need to improve taste in chaat items...
