Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Coffee as usual of a CCD. What was strange is the manager lady didn't give me a bill receipt on payment, i waited for her to give me the bill on my table, she didn't, she also give me the change back. I had to remind her to return my money back to me. Plus, on asking her for original bill, she said its lost. I was there was 3 hours only & hardly 4-5 other bills were seemed to be generated. I don't know how she could misplace my bill. ( I think she didn't make one) Secondly, i asked to make my latte strong, she added one shot of espresso in my coffee but it didn't feel like it was there.

As someone who prefers to go to cafés to mostly sit and work with a good cup of coffee/tea, I’m disappointed with this branch of coffee day. I’ve been to many cafés including other coffee day branches where they allow you to sit for extended hours with a single order. But apparently this isn’t allowed at this branch. I’ve been here multiple times and every time I’ve been asked to place another order within 15 mins of finishing the first(mind you, the cafe is empty most of the time so there’s no question of lack of space for new customers). So visit this only if you’re planning on spending a brief time or else be ready to place order one after the other...

I tell you never go there. Me and my sister went there to grab something which we expected to be very delicious. As soon as we went there as soon as we went there it was pleasant , but the service was bad. Even on streets we get mor hygienic and good food everything was prepared in front of us and they faked everything as if everything was going to be prepared in kitchen. Then after a disgusting wait of 25 mins a guy came out of kitchen and started preparing food at the counter taking everything out from freezer. Waste of money very low standards.
