Aazebo-The Royal Arabian Restaurant — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I recently visited Azebo Mandi Restaurant, a popular spot for mandi lovers, and tried their Crispy Fish Fry as a starter and Mutton Juicy Mandi as the main course. Here’s my detailed take on the experience: • Starter: Crispy Fish Fry The fish fry arrived piping hot with an impressive golden-brown crisp coating. While the texture was perfect – crunchy and satisfying – the flavor was somewhat underwhelming. The fish itself lacked the distinct, fresh taste that one would expect. It seemed like the spices and marination didn’t fully penetrate the fish, leaving it more about the crunch than the flavor. It’s a decent start to the meal, but it could use a bit more seasoning or a fresher cut of fish to stand out. • Main Course: Mutton Juicy Mandi This was the highlight of the meal. The mandi rice was wonderfully fragrant, perfectly cooked, and carried the authentic flavor of traditional mandi dishes. The rice was moist without being sticky and had just the right balance of spices.

The mutton pieces were the real stars – tender, juicy, and falling off the bone. Each piece was well-marinated, complementing the rice beautifully. Unlike some places where the meat can be dry or chewy, Azebo Mandi nailed the texture and flavor of the mutton. It was clear that they paid attention to the preparation, ensuring the meat was succulent and flavorful in every bite. • Complimentary Soup Before the main course, the restaurant offers a complimentary soup, which is a nice touch. Overall Verdict: Azebo Mandi Restaurant is a great choice if you’re looking for a satisfying mandi experience. While the starters, particularly the Crispy Fish Fry, could use improvement in flavor, the Mutton Juicy Mandi truly shines. With its well-cooked rice and perfectly tender mutton, it’s a dish worth coming back for. The complimentary soup adds a nice personal touch, enhancing the overall experience.

First thing first

There is no car parking

Security guard is least bother to help you park in proper place

Then there was a high rain and lift stopped working there is no backup plan for it

Ok finally with all struggle we reached restaurant

We want to sit and eat but as my mother is aged she can’t sit down like all we very politely asked for any stool or anything alternative but they rudely refused it

Ok still not a prob

There is no proper table or slot were cleaned even after saying them to clean they were very rude to reply

Finally we left all arguments with them and sit in one place and they brought the soap and Mandi at same time

There is no gap between it ( coz staff wants to chill in phone and chit chat)

And there goes power off and no one bother us to provide any other light source or alternative we had entire food in dark

Then

We request for some extra plate

First reply we get was no we don’t provide then one guy said to bring and same guy brought and kept

We asked for one glass as usual same rude behaviour we don’t have glasses

No one is there to assist but staff rudely wants to play big sounds in there phone in back of us

We need to call them again and again for any assistance but everyone is busy in phones

Then I finally planned to talk with reception person he is also as rude as the waiters and other staff

Worst service, I had been so many times but today is the last time

I will never visit again.

Haa after that there is no finger bowel

Then we left still no power so we used stairs and here from somewhere irritating security guard will come and ask for money

Overall very bad service

Food is cool and had no taste as well

Chicken pieces are not cook properly.

Hope management will take It as wake up call and work on it before the name will fully spoiled.

Anyways I will not visit...

Aazebo has launched its third branch at malakpet,The ambiance and vibe here is surely better than the other two branches.

We ordered Aazebo Mix Platter Chicken Platter French Fries Crispy Fried Prawns Bbq Tikka Mandi + Bhukari Mini Fruit Ka Meetha Cheese Kunafa Saudi Champagne

-The food was served cold which turned out to be the biggest disappointment.❌ -The prices have been revised and every single item on the menu has a surge when compared to other two branches.❌ -The quantity is disheartening,The mix Platter can only accommodate 2-3 persons.❌ -Despite being equipped with proper staff,the service was really late.❌

A few things which I found worth mentioning They have worked on parking issues.✔️ This branch is spacious and carefully crafted .✔️ -Well ventilated and clean restrooms.✔️ -Wheelchair assistance is available for the older crowd.✔️

Since Aazebo has earned a name for itself in the restaurant business, I sincerely hope that they will work towards providing a better experience to the customers and also considering the above points for further...
