Today as I visited karachi bakery, Malakpet 1.15 pm till 1 .45 at store taken veg fried rice for lunch. I have been a regular customer from the beginning of the store Food quality and hygiene is not an issue the store atmosphere is not customer centric from entrance to till delivery it's my experience since 1 yr The customer needs to go inside the store and himself make decisions about what is required ,hence inside the store more employees will be there they will be busy with their colleagues employees chitchat no one will care for the customer. Today I asked the manager about any gravy not given with fried rice he said it's extra chargeable already I paid Rs 160 and if any extra I am ready to pay but he told his words and left from my table. As I saw 30 mins single employ not assisting,guiding, supporting customers what they required, i understand customer itself walk in store he should select product afterwards needs to stand at cash counter for 10 mins after that we needs to take delivery. Particularly evening hours at cash more customers will stand at cash counter,at dining kuthen desk but no managers, executive not in position to clear the crowd and will never guide customers. Product is fine excellent but without customer centricity at the store how far is it correct to retain customer satisfaction. Now I am thinking and in dilemma not to visit this store it's better to visit Swiss castle bakeries that also pure veg backery their quality of food and service is excellent hence iam also regular customer to them from their narayana guda branch and they also have multiple stores in city as on date. I placed 3.5 kgs cake of chocolate truffle flavor for my husband birthday. The cake ordered came in nice shape of theme which I ordered but the quality of the cake is worst. I am really not at all happy with quality of the cake and it was disgusting.
When you prepare 3.5 kgs Cake why quality is not considered...? Please give the best when customers pay good amount for cake that too for special events. I trusted the brand and ordered but the result was worst. I will not come to Karachi Malakpet branch anymore and suggest my friends also to not to order from it.
