CHAI CHASKA — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I recently visited Chai Chaska tea point located near National Mart, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. After a long shopping trip at National Mart, I was in need of some refreshments and decided to try out Chai Chaska for a quick pick-me-up.

The first thing that caught my attention was the full-bodied aroma of the tea, which seemed promising. However, upon taking the first sip, I was met with a rather average taste that didn't quite live up to my expectations. In fact, I found it to be so underwhelming that I couldn't even bring myself to finish the single cup I had ordered. I had been hoping for a delightful and satisfying cup of tea, especially given the perfect weather – a drizzling evening, ideal for a warm cup of tea. Unfortunately, the taste did not match up to the ambiance.

On a positive note, I must admit that the branding and name of the tea point are quite appealing. The allure of Chai Chaska drew me in, but regrettably, the taste did not measure up to the expectations set by the branding.

It's truly disappointing when an establishment's product doesn't meet the standard that is implied by its branding. While Chai Chaska has done well in creating an attractive brand and name, it's crucial for them to maintain consistency in the quality of their product. After all, it's the taste and experience that keeps customers coming back.

Overall, my visit to Chai Chaska tea point near National Mart left me wanting more – more in terms of quality and satisfaction. I do hope that they take this feedback into consideration and work on enhancing the taste of their tea to match the appeal of...

Been visiting them regularly since a long time. I mostly take tea in Thermos flask which I have earlier measured to be 5 cups of tea to fill upto the brim. But somehow today even though I saw him filling only 3 cups he lied to me saying he filling 5 cups and he later proceeds to put more 2 cups. So now in total as per them he filled 7 cups while still there was space for one more cup but it actually was less then 5 cups in total.

The problem is not about 20Rs or 40Rs but it is about trust.

Not repeating my visit anymore.
