Hotel O by OYO Heavens Inn — Hotel in Hyderabad

Very poor service Don't go this hotel Staffs were rude Firstly i booked the room from MMT app after availing discount While reached to the reception counter the person arrogantly said that the room is not provided at this rate, you have to pay extra amount for staying The room was not clean as i post some of photos which were taken during stay. While requesting for towel nd handwash/soap ,water, They demand extra amount After complaint made by me on MMT, the staff says i don't care if you go to police station also. We have not any worries Kindly request the oyo team , kindly restrict the Oyo rules to these type...

One of the worst stays ever. The cost of the stay is high but the rooms are unhygienic, staff are unresponsive, Very congested rooms. Even the hot water is available from 5:00a.m to 11:00a.m only and that is a little warmer than usual. Try to avoid the stay as much as possible. On top of all I made a reservation through OYO but they refused my entry until I paid the extra amount from my own pocket. OYO has been making customers fall into their trap by providing discounts leading us to use the app later they are making us pay the original amount during checkin. Never make a reservation...

Please don't choose this Hotel. The receptionist behaviour is very rude. I booked this hotel by Oyo but they denied to provide room for solo traveller. The receptionist told me that they only provide room to couple only. And he demanded extra 500 to me because I am a solo traveler. I paid extra cash to him then he allowed me to stay there. The Room is not clean and very unhygienic. I found a numbers of condoms inside the room and again I request him to change the room The service is very poor. pls dont go to this hotel with...
