The employees don't seem to know the timings themselves or they just love fooling people around. From my experience, note these pointers if you don't want a wasted trip. If you want to be seated and have a dessert like a civil person, try to drop by before 11. Because they'll tell you seating is only allowed till 12 but then it depends on their mood on whether or not they want more customers. By rule, they're supposed to close the shop by 12am , but in the description they've mentioned the closing timing as 1 am. So if you go by 12, you might have to witness police patrolling and wait on the road at night in the dark in the next Street for your dessert. Even after mentioning this to the employees they've not changed the timings on maps description. If you're a girl better not go late night, it will be an uncomfortable situation for you, and these employees have no problem at all with the situation they create for...

Place is small when compared to himayat Nagar branch...... The service was good and prompt, The place has enough staff to listen and serve customers. I had a chocolate overdose icecream, it has a two scoops of chocolate and a big block of hot brownie on it ... Served on a waffer which melts down the ice cream and makes it look delicious. The chocolate overdose is literally a overdose of chocolate in it... You should try it only if you are real chocolate lover. There are other icecreams with the same concept like death by chocolate which has scoop of chocolate along with a melting brownie and chocolate sauce on it. If you want diabetes, you should eat here :p ........There are ice creams available for parties and You can actually smell the ice creams through out the place 😋😋😋... I would definitely recommend this place for all ice cream lovers and...

But I had customer service experience. I recently ordered Death by Chocolate in one of the Stores in Hyderabad. I called customer care after going home. Unfortunately I was not able to call customer care as it was late night. I called customer care but they answer was irresponsible. Mr. Ahmed and Franklin try to learn how to speak to a customer. You should be responsible for all your products being in head office. You will need to address customer concerns without hesitation. Finally little argument, Mr. Franklin connected me to respective store manager and he assured to replace my product in next visit.
