I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pasand after nearly a decade, and I must say – it felt like time stood still in the best possible way. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with the same warm and inviting atmosphere that I remembered from years ago. It was truly heartwarming to see that the essence and charm of the place have been preserved beautifully.

The ambiance is calm and comforting, making it perfect for family gatherings or a nostalgic visit with friends. It brought back so many cherished memories, and the experience felt like revisiting a special part of my past.

Now coming to the food – it was just as delicious and flavorful as I remembered. The dishes were well-prepared, served hot, and presented with care. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the taste speaks for itself. Whether it's traditional dishes or house specials, everything we ordered hit the mark.

The service was another highlight. The staff were polite, attentive, and ensured we were comfortable throughout the meal. It's rare to find places that maintain such consistent service standards over the years, and Pasand deserves full credit for it.

Overall, my visit was more than just a meal – it was a beautiful trip down memory lane. I went on a Sunday evening for dinner with my wife & daughter. We ordered Plain chicken soup, fry chicken. At main course we ordered Kadhai chicken, 3 butter & tandoori roti each.

Service issue- My wife asked for 1 bootle of soft drink they ordered 2. We accepted that. However, we had to ask for straw which was short as per bottle.

No folks & spoons were ready at table & nearby, we had to ask for it.

Side plate was kept for keeping roti basket.

Kadhai Chicken was dark green/black in color smelling with un cooked raw spices.

2 separate bills for- 1 for Rs. 69 for 2 bottle of soft drinks another was for rest of the food.

Many more unsatisfactory results- total bill was 1020 & waiter guy was staring at my phone on how much I will pay.

Restaurant interiors are now looking old with torn upholstery.

We ordered Rotis with Egg Bhurji and Veg Noodles. Food is a bit bland to our taste and we found a dead fly in Egg Bhurji.

Immediately asked for bill and paid by card. I entered my mobile number after entering the PIN on the PoS machine even when the waiter wanted to skip. The PoS machine ran out of paper roll and I had a e-receipt with Merchant Auth code.

The waiter however wanted to charge the card again despite showing the e-receipt from their PoS provider Bijlipay and my bank.

The counter guy however was knowledge and opened the paper roll bay to find the machine ran out of paper and verified the batch settlements on his PoS machine to sort the issue.
