Subway Habsiguda — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Ordered a salad today via Swiggy and asked for 5 sauces to be put on the salad. When I got the order, not even one sauce was there. The box was filled with mostly lettuce, with a few pieces of other vegetables and some cubes of chicken. The chicken was also smelling. First incident in Feb 2018:

Went to Subway for dinner at Habsiguda... Two of us ordered chicken salad with extra chicken, each priced at INR 220+ INR 50 for double chicken.... the cashier charged INR 230 and INR 60 for one of them, and claimed it included taxes. But at the end of the bill, CST+GST is charged again! Shows how consumers are being cheated in the name of taxes!

The amount might be small but imagine 1000s of customers paying extra money everyday! Didn't except this from an international brand like Subway! Very disappointed 😠 SUBWAY INDIA

I have a mixed opinion about this particular outlet of subway. You go there for dine-in, it's a really pleasant experience with the outside sounds and smell being cut off, the sweet smell of bread baking and the fillers fills the room and you enjoy a warm, pleasant smell meal, served hot. And when it comes to delivery, it turns upside down, the food is always cold, but sometimes it tastes good, and the other times, it tastes so bad. I don't know how, the employees working there, think customers don't check their food or so. One night, I ordered at 9Pm, a chicken teriyaki, and they literally put rods of chicken uncut and that was freezing cold, like the items kept in fridge. My choices of vegetables and sauces were ignored and the food was so stale, I had to throw it away. So be cautious, for a dine-in? I'm sure you'll enjoy it here. For take away, prefer something else, but if you're hell bent, order them within 12PM - 730PM. Beyond this time, the shift ends and the employees hurry their way...

Habsiguda Branch is Special in charging extra for cheese slices and Sauses🧐🧐

Just Two days back had been to Subway at Prasad's IMAX they did not charge or rather never heard them charging for cheese toast.

This branch of Habsiguda is at a new location in a remote building having no footfalls already. May be it's due to the service and the way they bluff people by asking for extra charges which is no where written in the menu or rather anywhere.

Soon this Unit will be shut if they continue to Bluff people like this.

We could pay Extra Charges if it is universally common everywhere. Not for a Store alone.

I walked away from that place and will never visit it again.
