Domino's Pizza | Uppal, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Has to be the worst possible outlet in entire Hyderabad. I have had 2 poor experiences with this outlet. The first time they delivered the pizza to a different apartment and when I called and spoke to the manager he claimed that they had indeed delivered the order to the address that was mentioned and said since you gave wrong address we delivered it to the address you had given. The delivery guy had checked into my building, obtained a gate pass and left the pizza at same door number but in a different block. I had to lock horns with the manager and he non chalatly passed the blame on me saying I gave the wrong address. He then sent the delivery guy to my building to check and called me back and blamed the security guard saying the security guard showed the wrong block when I checked with the security guard, he said - Ma'am, I am working here for last 2 years why will I show the wrong block? The first time this guy came, he walked straight into the left block and did not ask for directions. The manager clearly lied when he called back to give clarification. I wrote off this incident as a one-off as it could be confusing for some people when there are multiple blocks in same apartment campus and decided to re-order recently from Dominos.

This time I ordered a medium pizza and a veg exotic regular pizza. The medium pizza was fine but the regular pizza had cheese sauce instead of mozarella cheese. Dominos uses cheese sauce on pizza mania pizzas that cost Rs 95 and the pizza I ordered was Rs 299. How does an outlet pass of a Rs 99 pizza as a Rs 299 pizza is beyond me! From both the incidents, it is clear that employees of this particular outlet think that their customers are dumb and they can get away with anything... Absolutely worthless and these guys are not fit to be in...

I am giving this review after encounter ing 4 experiences with the store. Out of 4, three are turned in to orders

1st online order for delivery. Status showing pizza is ready but pizza is not getting delivered and store is not answering calls finally after long waiting I went directly to store and the excuse they mentioned is delivery boys not available and they gave me pizza that is prepared almost 45 minutes back.

2nd and 3rd online order for takeaway. After 30 minutes they called me and said items are not available and they asked for alternatives. As my order is prepaid now for alternatives I can't choose higher value even though I am ready to pay balance. I chose some other low value items they said they will refund money, which never came.

4th experience. With my three worst experiences this time I directly went to store to buy. People may not believe this so I am giving exact date and time of my visit - 7th Nov 8.00pm. They said they are not taking orders as sore is in offline mode. They cant take orders at counter and for online order it won't come as option for take away. They dont know when store will come online. If customer need Pizza desperately he need to wait there like beggar..

Very bad response from the manager.. don't ever book through online like Zomato or Swiggy as said by the manager.. they cancelled the order bcz of rain and didn't acknowledge with an SMS or from the app. Thought still the order is ther was waiting for 1 hr.. when called the store, I got very careless response.. that we get cancelled order messages only after 1 hr.. while taking our money or order we get message in seconds.. whereas when they cancel the order we don't get any message upto 1hr.. this was the response of the store msnager.. after my continuous argument he again changed version saying message would be sent late bcz of network error.. but therz no network error while we book the order We get message immediately.. funniest thing is I didn't get any cancelled message till now..
