Food Track — Restaurant in Hyderabad

No doubt they serve a delicious food. But if you cannot maintain customer service then it's better not take orders.

I ordered a fish finger, fries and zinger burger the receptionist (specs guy) told me it will take 20 min .I said ok .I will wait and made the complete payment. Then after 30min I asked about my order his reply was shocking to me.

He just told me “Kya order tha tumhara?” . I told him whats the point of waiting when you don't value the customer time.Then he went back inside and asked them to make my order that took more 15 min.

Ironically, the people who came prior to me got their parcels ready infront of me. Such a bad service. No value to customers time. No manners to treat you customer will minimum respect. Please hire a good staff. Love your...
