GOFRESH THE PIZZA HOUSE — Restaurant in Hyderabad

The management of this place really needs to improve their behaviour. The people at the counter seem uncivilized and often respond in a rude manner. I don't see these people even following Covid guidelines. The people serving don't even have a mask on! They have no proper order of serving, sometimes people have to wait for over 45 minutes to get served and there is a big chance that you get the wrong order and wait for 45 minutes again. There is no proper arrangement for people to sit, infact even standing here is difficult as there are many stray dogs roaming and barking in the vicinity. These people do not even provide bills for the purchase.

The pizza here is below average but the burger is good. But the potato chips seem stale and expired. This place can become a good hangout spot if the management behaves professionally. Another major issue they need to address is the ambience and the way they serve. Atleast have a token system in place so that customers can be served on a first come first...

Worst management. These people don’t even know how to behave. Worst ambience, no place to sit, on a busy main road with traffic, dust all around, stray dogs surrounding the place. The service is pathetic. We have to wait for a long time to get our orders and the management feels they are doing us a favour by allowing us to eat their burger. When we spoke to the management regarding the long waiting time, he said eat quietly or get lost. What kind of behaviour is this? I am never going back to this pathetic place nor will any of my friends ever...

A very good pizza place to hang out with friends. Not a lot of dining thing going on , but you can just sit outside, doesn't matter what you wear to this place and enjoy the delicious chicken cheese burger and the chicken tikka special double crust pizza (my personal favourite) . The burgers are worth the money but the pizzas seem a tad bit expensive. Personally, a single pizza is too much for one and just about right for two people sharing it.
