Grill by the Pool — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Today 20th March 2024 we reserved the table for 15 members with families & kids. After spending 18K+ rupees we left the venue with a bitter experience and unprofessional behaviour of the manager and stewards. The venue was almost empty with not many table occupied but still the manager could not provide a friendly service nor the steward displayed any proactiveness in doing their job. A person smoking just near to our table and the steward explains that it is allowed to smoke that to in front of an infant eating food. No courtesy to atleast request the smoker to go away. All starters are served without any side dish or salad or sauce. Food was constantly thrown on the table and we have to literally look for the staff to serve the table. Mutton dishes were under cooked and tasteless with no marination. Tala hua Ghosh main course dish was served in a small sauce pot. Not a single moment we found the manager to address the situation only after searching we found a person in-charge known as Krishna. This same manager took our reservation in the morning, also allotted the area near smoking zone and assured as to give the best service but he failed to perform his duty. The ambience was too dark and with little wind the leaves from the trees fall on our dining plate. The peanuts which they served after purchasing a bottle of whisky was looking like a leftover food. The Bar menu provided was so dirty and pages were just coming out. As a customer I will never visit this place nor recommend to anyone. I am sharing all the pictures as per my above experience. Finally we paid the bill even after not consuming the mutton dishes and breads and the restaurant provided us free ice cream and gulab Jamun as they did not meet out...

I like the ambience of the entire property of Ella residences, delightful cuisines and the multi-resturants like asian and continental grill by the pool the ambience is very cool plus the authentic food they made for us are savory. Thanks to the approachable and helpful staff especially mr. Anjibabu and Nihar who are so nice to us in attending our request, not to mention the hospitality services they have made me so happy to write a review, so thank you Anjibabu we shall...

visited this place with my friends first time. A great place to hungout with family n friends near pool area. The ambiance is superb. had the great experience of service.

Comes to foods, it was real surprise. 👍 amazing flavours.

Transcend Bar n lounge is just wow with pool side option also. you can get the premium beer bucket @999 approx.

Pricing is at par will all premium fine-dine

they have multiple outlets with speciality cuisine like Asian n continental.
