TABERNA Club&Kitchen — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I wish I could give 0 for Service and staff. Recently we've been there along with friends to watch the Cricket Finals, they charged 500/- per head which is not a cover charge. After entering the venue, despite having multiple tables available, staff is least bother to attend you. We had to wait for 20 mins for table and 45 mins for staff to take an order which means we got to place an order after 65 mins.

The biggest problem is with the staff, they argue among themselves right infront you about who should attend a table, the worst part is none of them are interested to go take orders and they push on each other. Funny part is, one of the staff member agreed and said "Yes, we are sorry, there are issues going on between us and that's why we didn't attend, WE KNOW YOU ARE WAITING but can't help "

We wonder why this place isn't a HIT despite being at an amazing location and now we know why! THE STAFF...

Manager neglected his responsibility .. they charged us 4K stating that 2k will be taken as cover charges and another 2k can be claimed in the total bill. Our bill has arrived and they charged us completely and we forgot about the 2k thing, after making the payment we realised that they did not either asked us for 2k coupon nor deducted from bill and immediately we approached the manager abd updated him the same. He called the respective waiter(who actually served well) and warned him to take care such things, which is expected.. then he said that billing is closed and they will refund the amount in a day or two .. till date (almost 20 days) we did not receive despite of trying to contact him multiple times and also after being assured about the refund. This is a really disappointing.. We have been to this place on the occasion of my husbands birthday last month .. to be honest we had a very good time with the music...

Last Wednesday when i attended the live music, i had a horrible experience with the manager at taberna ,i had a reservation for stag and i did politely ask there before taking a table. However the manager was not seen till that time. After i started enjoying my food and drinks, the so called manager came and asked me to move to bar counter as these tables are meant for larger groups. I understand their concern but why is that they couldnt tell me this before i made the reservation. Also it is rude to ask customer to move from the table after he started having food. It is ridiculous behaviour from the manager and it is my choice and i had a reservation for stag. Rest of the experience is too good especially the service given by the bartenders and waiters there. Lack of ethics will not take you anywhere as i am going to share this experience whenever someone asks me about your place. Sorry but the manager needs to...
