Haldiram's — Restaurant in Hyderabad

On an vacation been to hyd was excited to see haldirams retail outlet in food industry and They have entered in wrong space and have lots of funds I guess no one is tere to spend tat money can give to me rather spoiling like this and wasting it has to improve so much in this sector from the managaement level having a high tech n porsh atmosphere and ambiencr wont make a dish amazing taste its an art to make a dish to be fabulous. I had ordered for Chana Batura jilebi dahipoori chat and all are worst only and in my life, never tastes jilebi was salty I prefer eating a spoon of salt rather tat and dahi poori chat toooo be ise bakwas. Dont hype a dish so much like this give the exact taste 😋 Try to make the app ordering simple Don't ever try to implement something new in food industry until unless u take feedback from customers cause I m foodie when we go to an restaurant needed time to spend with families not spoiling in taste As how u diversified in haldirams same way when comes to chats u have limited menu DAHIPOORI chat the taste of the poori has to be changed I know u r quality is good 👍 but the feel should be the same as outside gadiwala taste being haldirams u can give such poori taste quality better than roadsidewala , cause some dishes the ingredients has to be same. The super dish called salty jilebi was not in the ordering menu app so again need to call the staff to order it again. The manager by name Mr. Sravan, finally has taken the responsibility of calling me , finding out the issue has come all the way to my home to replace the box with another box of sweets, even though it was a different product, the sweets were very delicious and fresh. Mr. Sravan has taken the responsibility of replacing the product, of late (due to his personal emergency), but has done a responsible job of handling things from bad to good.

I have been to this place for the very first time yesterday. Tried both the dining and also the retail outlet in ground floor. Here is my feedback on both the services:

Dining service : This was a confusing situation where no one was ready to guide a new customer about the service. Also the prices are too high. The quality of food is good though. Overall a reasonably good experience with a rating of 3.5/5.

Retails outlet : Even though the service is good, they do not check the quality of their stock and what they are serving their customers. Bought a assorted doodh peda box and came home to be shocked looking at the sweets to be having fungus, even though it was within the date of consumption. Called customer service to report it. The person said the related store manager will call in an hour but no one called to even find what happened with a concern raised. I think they should have some value to customer's concerns. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Haldiram, and I must say it was a huge disappointment. From the moment I stepped in, I had high hopes given the renowned brand name, but sadly, it turned out to be a culinary disaster.
