I went to K grill Kitchen Nallagandla with my family for dinner and we had a pleasant experience. The restaurant has a spacious and elegant interior, with comfortable seating and a nice view of the city. The music was soothing and relaxing, but not too loud to interfere with our conversation.

The food was delicious, with a variety of cuisines to choose from. We ordered some starters like paneer tikka, crispy corn, and veg manchurian, which were all well-cooked and flavorful. For the main course, we had dal makhani, butter naan, veg pulao, and kadai paneer, which were rich and creamy. The portions were adequate and the service was fast and polite.

Worst experience ever, firstly - I (couple) was asked to share a six table with a family of three as all tables were full, I agreed to it.

Beside us, there was a four table vactated which was occupied by five people placing a chair between our tables. I asked the waiter to serve the starters he literally said, “beech main table hain naa aap serve kar lo”.

Later, i ordered a beer and the waiter served my beer after 15min only after I asked him “bhai! Beer”.

The kachraa part was, all the tables around us were empty and a bunch of (five)guys arrived and sat beside us (waited for 10mins for the table to be cleaned). However, there were few tables empty apart from the one they occupied - wonder why they sat right beside us.

Point is, we sat in the family section and how DARE the management made a bunch of guys sit in the family section inspite of other tables being empty

Manager was worst and the waiter was even worst......families or couples please don’t go to this place.
