Upon reaching the hotel, the manager denied the Oyo booking, insisting that I book directly through the hotel at double the amount.||||Given the urgency of the situation, I promptly contacted your customer care manager, who assisted me with booking after an hour-long ordeal to secure a room. Today, I again required a room and contacted your team, explicitly mentioning the issues I faced yesterday at SV Residency. I requested not to book me in the same hotel. Despite these explicit instructions, I faced the same problem when attempting to book a room, and I was once again booked into the same SV Residency. Your customer care assured me that the problem would not recur, but unfortunately, it did.||||This has resulted in wasted time, stress, and the urgent need to find alternative accommodation. It is crucial to emphasize that my father is currently on a ventilator at AOI Nallagandla, which adds an additional layer of distress to this situation.||||I am appalled by the lack of resolution from both your customer care team and the hotel.
