Blatant cheating and zero accountability — avoid this place and OYO at all costs
This was hands down one of the worst experiences I've had. I booked this property through OYO, which clearly stated that AC rooms were available. But when I arrived, the hotel staff casually informed me that it's a non-AC hotel and no such rooms exist. This wasn’t a mistake — it was outright fraud.
I immediately raised a complaint with OYO, but all I got were lies and empty promises. They kept assuring me the issue would be resolved, but nothing ever happened. OYO completely failed to take responsibility and knowingly misled me. This wasn’t just bad service — they scammed me by advertising something they couldn’t deliver.
To make things worse, the hotel was in pathetic condition. Walls had pan stains, the rooms had no ventilation or windows, the bathroom was filthy, and there wasn’t even running water. This place is absolutely not suitable for families — it’s more of a shabby PG masquerading as a hotel.
OYO support kept pushing the timeline — first 10 AM, then 12:30 PM, then 1 PM, 2:30 PM, and finally 6 PM. All the while, they claimed they had coordinated with the hotel to provide a clean AC room. But when I confronted the hotel staff, they denied any such communication and once again confirmed that they don’t have AC rooms at all. Clear proof that OYO was lying to cover up their scam.
Eventually, I had to walk out because the place was simply unlivable. I warn everyone: do not trust this hotel, and do not trust OYO. They run a dishonest system full of deception, delay tactics, and blame shifting....
