KFC — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Very very very very very very very very very very very very very bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad service service from this branch... Never visit this one as they always chit to customers

Wednesday I order veg zinger burger.. And veg strips... I got delivery. Asked delivery guy whether everything is there.. He confirmed yes sir.....

When my family members opened it and about eat this.. I noticed they delivered non veg burger..... And secondly they dint delivered veg strips

This was surprising for me....immediately I called delivery boy.. He said he will deliver veg one.. I called customers care.. Spoke to One STUPID FELLOW VEERA... Who is very stupid... And ensured I will get veg delivery and assured that store manager will call me back.

But even after one hour also I dint get call.. When I visited the store manager said yes he got call from call center saying veg strips is missing.. Need deliver to customers..

But that STUPID FELLOW VEERA who attended my call dint informed to store manager I got non veg instead of veg.

This is regulated happen with this store... Very non hygenic food.. Staff is very rude, no respect for customers.. Only they want money from customers

Went to this KFC near my home and honestly… I think even my WiFi delivers faster than they do. Here’s what went down:

Ordered a cool drink, but they gave me what tasted like tap water with confidence. Even plain ice has more flavor.

No air conditioning. I guess they thought the “hot and crispy” part should apply to customers too.

Took 30 minutes to get the order. I aged, grew wiser, and reconsidered my life choices in that time.

Ordered a variety of burgers, but apparently, they believe in equality—everyone gets the same mystery burger, no matter the price. Premium pricing, budget effort.

The chicken wasn’t marinated—it just had a staring contest with the spices and lost.

After all that waiting, the food was just mid. I’ve had more excitement chewing Centre Fresh.

If you’re craving disappointment with a side of sweat and confusion, this is the place....

I have visited on wednesday and checked the offers on display the offer which they publish on newspaper and the offers which they display doesnot match, Specially kothapet branch on take aways one of the lady staff gives atleast 2 to 3 pieces less when you purchase the wenesday offers . Very big dissapointment when we ask she says that You need to count at the counter while taking away. How can we count 15 pieces at the store while we take it to home as a parcel. And she serves an uncooked pieces for the wednesday offers ... Offer is an offer they need to respect the people and serve them with honest and same quality. I tried to give a complaint along with the bill and few pics but again dissapointed as the KFC helpdesk is so time taking and once connect to customer service the calls gets disconnecting.KFC need to focus on the behaviour pattern of their...
