Dear Koi and Co Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional dining experience my family and I had at your restaurant yesterday. The soulful vibe, combined with the exquisite service, truly made our visit memorable.

From the moment I stepped into the premises, I was genuinely impressed by the beautiful interiors. The ambiance is truly captivating and creates a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment. It's evident that a lot of thought and effort has gone into creating such an inviting space. Every bit and piece of architecture I can see the efforts and can't imagine they are just handpicked by you.

Having known Shubhojit B for more than a decade since his days at TGIF, it is evident that he brings a wealth of professionalism and hospitality ethics to Koi and Co. He is the right person for the job, and his presence greatly enhances the overall dining experience.

I would also like to commend Karthik, another manager at your establishment, who graciously accommodated our party at a table, even though we had not made a reservation. His kindness did not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for his hospitality.

Our table was expertly handled by Suman, who displayed remarkable patience and took great care of us. His suggestions for the best dishes added to the enjoyment of our meal, and we truly appreciated the attentive service.

Here are some aspects of our visit that we particularly enjoyed:

Interiors and Landscaping: The aesthetic appeal of the interiors and the thoughtful landscaping added to the overall ambiance, creating a delightful environment for diners.

Elegant Music: The choice of music played at the restaurant added to the soulful vibe, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Lightning-Fast Food: We were pleasantly surprised by the quick service and the prompt delivery of our orders. The efficiency in serving the food contributed positively to our overall satisfaction.

However, I would like to provide a couple of suggestions for improvement:

Smoking Policy: It would be greatly appreciated if you could consider restricting smoking to a designated area, preferably the first floor. This would ensure that non-smoking patrons, especially those with families, can enjoy their time without any inconvenience. A smoker can always go out and smoke or smoke in a designated area. Bringing in lose cigarettes and vape would encourage customers also with something illegal as well, which we cant control. A lot of famous pubs or lounges have banned smoking inside the premises.

Portion Size: While the quality of the food was commendable, we noticed that the portion sizes, especially for items like the fish tikka and prawns, were relatively small. We believe a slight adjustment in portion sizes would further enhance the dining experience. We have ordered Fish Tikka we got only 6 pieces and Prawns we got only 6 very small prawns pieces. Finally we’ve ordered main course Mutton Rogan Josh and we hardly got 3 pieces of mutton ☹️

I hope you take these suggestions as constructive feedback aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience at Koi and Co. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at your restaurant and look forward to future visits.

It took me nearly about 5 months to visit this place just being a neighbour..I was very skeptical about visiting this place as the reviews were on and off and I just wanted to wait as they settle down as a new place.

So here is my honest review!

Probably you can say this place is located in the heart of Sainikpuri with an extraordinary ambiance..the look and feel of the place is very pleasant and positive, while it’s an open space with a beautiful koi pond pool..the day and the night atmosphere and experience both has its own charm.

While the management also own Koliba and the bar project which are located in Begumpet (country club), these two are a super hit places..while the partial idea over the ambiance was taken from there which was incorporated at Koi & Co. Mr.Ajay has done a lot of planning and execution here.

Now coming to the food and beverages, while I have to mention that this was my wedding anniversary dinner date 📆 I ordered a mojito for the lady and I settled with pitcher draught, both were very fresh and refreshing. I chose tandoor for the starters it was really good and so was the crispy corn. My son is a fan of continental so his choice was pasta and it was really delicious 🤤 We really enjoyed the food, ambience and the service. Top notch! As it’s IPL season the big screens are happening and so is the crowd jam packed over a weekday so imagine the weekends.. They should improvise a little more on the parking piece while I know it’s going to be a bigger challenge in the future.

Over all my experience was wonderful.

Special mention to the staff right from the entrance to the service..they were very humble and courteous.

Me being from the hotel and service industry can relate it much better, while I can totally understand the chaos in the kitchen however they made sure our experience was pleasant.

We were also surprised with a brownie with ice cream as it was a wedding anniversary and this was really thoughtful, really appreciate it.
