Kritunga Restaurant, Hitech City.. We recently visited Kritunga Restaurant in Hitech City, Hyderabad, and my experience was worst because of Manager. Pre-Booking and Order Management, I will give : 1/5 The pre-booking experience was a disaster. Despite pre-booking, the manager, who was supposedly in Warangal, took our order, and we were left wondering how they'd manage the logistics. When we reached the restaurant, we were told the order was ready in Warangal, which was confusing and frustrating.Food Quality: 2.5/5 The food was okay, but it was quite expensive considering the portion sizes and quality. The spiciness level was overwhelming, and not everyone in our team could handle it.Service: 2/5 The service was slow, and we had to carry the food to the first floor ourselves, which wasn't very convenient.Ambiance: 3/5 The ambiance was nice, but it didn't make up for the issues we faced with the order and service. Value for Money: 1.5/5 Considering the prices, we expected better quality, quantity, and service. The experience was disappointing, especially given the premium prices. Overall Experience: 2/5 Our experience at Kritunga Restaurant was marred by poor pre-booking management, slow service, and overpriced food. While the ambiance was nice, it wasn't enough to save the experience. Unless they revamp their ordering and service process, I'd hesitate to recommend this place.If you're looking for a hassle-free dining experience with good food and service, you might want to consider other options. Kritunga needs to work on its operational efficiency and customer service to improve its overall experience.

Ordered 7 PM on 10 April 2025. Stale food served. Too salty. Absolute waste of money. Such a change in quality of food in so little time. .......26 March 2025.Nice quality food which is also tasty. May be they can work on improving kitchen cleanliness. Not bad but there's scope for improvement. I think this is different from the other Kritunga Restaurants...
